Sinds 2001 druiven en wijn in Thorn, Limburg. Wijngaarden ruim 7 hectare. Assortiment: Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir Rosé, Dornfelder, Frühburgunder, Pinot Noir Barrique, Pinot Brut en Pinot Gris Late Harvest. Op 10 januari 2018 erkende de Europese Commissie de BOB Maasvallei Limburg.
Since 2001 grapes and wine in Thorn, Limburg. Vineyards over 7 hectares. Range: Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir Rosé, Dornfelder, Frühburgunder, Pinot Noir Barrique, Pinot Brut and Pinot Gris Late Harvest. On 10 January 2018 the European Commission recognised the Maasvallei Limburg PDO.
De wijngaard ligt op een oude Maasarm: klei en zand, dieper overgaand in kiezel.
The vineyard sits on an old Meuse channel: clay and sand, turning to gravel at depth.
Gisting in roestvrijstalen vaten.
Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
