Régis en Aude-Reine Anouil namen in de zomer van 2019 een klein, biologisch gecertificeerd domein over in Ambierle, op de Monts de la Madeleine in de Côte Roannaise (Loire, 400 m). Circa 3,5 hectare. Zij werken zonder ploegen (no-till), met agroforestry (bomen in de wijngaard) en phytotherapie (plantenextracten, weinig koper en zwavel), gericht op leven in de bodem.
Régis and Aude-Reine Anouil took over a small, organically certified estate in Ambierle in the summer of 2019, in the Monts de la Madeleine within Côte Roannaise (Loire, 400 m). About 3.5 hectares. They farm without tillage, with agroforestry (trees in the vineyard) and phytotherapy (plant extracts, little copper and sulphur), aiming to strengthen life in the soil.
Handoogst, spontane gisting op wilde gisten, gemiddeld twaalf maanden opvoeding. Geen klaring, geen filtering, geen toegevoegd sulfiet. Alleen druif. Sinds oogst 2021 aangesloten bij het Syndicat des Vins Méthode Nature. Vin Méthode Nature is een natuurwijnlabel; dat is niet automatisch hetzelfde als EU-bio op fles.
Hand harvest, spontaneous ferments with indigenous yeasts, about twelve months ageing. Neither fined nor filtered; no added sulphites. Nothing but grapes. Affiliated with the Syndicat des Vins Méthode Nature since the 2021 vintage. Vin Méthode Nature is a natural-wine label; it is not automatically the same as EU organic on the bottle.
Onder meer Fratelli Tutti (Gamay Saint-Romain, AOP Côte Roannaise), assemblages Gamay Saint-Romain met Grenache Noir of Syrah (Vin de France), de witte cuvée Mgr Jean-Marie Odin (Clairette en Grenache Blanc) en Ni blanc ni rouge (Chardonnay en Grenache Noir). Een deel van de druiven voor de Grange-lijn komt uit het zuiden en wordt bij hen gevinifieerd.
Among others Fratelli Tutti (Gamay Saint-Romain, AOP Côte Roannaise), Gamay Saint-Romain blends with Grenache Noir or Syrah (Vin de France), the white Mgr Jean-Marie Odin (Clairette and Grenache Blanc) and Ni blanc ni rouge (Chardonnay and Grenache Noir). Some fruit for the Grange line is bought in the south and vinified at the estate.
